Tbh, I'm still trying to figure this part out. I know that I'm trying to lean more into the spaces that make me uncomfortable (AI, is a big one) because that's where my growth happens the most. And although I have a love affair with UX Research, somehow the design side of things still continues to follow me in some way, shape or form throughout my work (and I'm not mad about it). As far as what motivates me in my craft, it's knowing that I have so much to give and the potential to impact people by doing something good.
