The opportunity
Due to a series of fortunate events, I’ve switched bank accounts to Wells Fargo. And as a current user, I had a difficult time transitioning to this new mobile banking system of what I will be using for years to come. Dissatisfaction has lead me to action. And so, with respect to the current brand and current architecture in mind, I’ve decided to optimize the mobile experience. This is a great time to experiment, break and push.
